The Challenge: Create a budget-savvy content pipeline by utilizing influencer partnerships.
My Role: I spearheaded HGTV’s influencer video program, identifying talent for both licensing and custom content creation. I also led post-production for edits that maximized content usability across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
The Impact: Partnered with more than 50 creators to create 500+ video assets utilizing licensed and custom content that drove millions of views and increased HGTV’s social reach. Created a talent pipeline of diverse hosts and experts for editorial and advertorial programming.
